Q) Can I register if I am not a member of the mission?
A) Yes

Q) What are the timings and venue of the course ?
A) Beginners can join us every Sunday from 9:30am to 11:30am and on Fridays from 7pm to 9pm. Repeaters are welcome every Saturday from 9:30am to 11:00am. All sessions take place at Sarada Hall, located at 179 Bartley Road.

Q) Can my family members join the course ?
A) Yes. It is open to all adults

Q) Can I join the course if I suffer from any major ailment?
A) Please check with the teacher at the time of registration, he will advise and guide you on the kind of yogas you could practice. Some of the yoga postures would need you to be physically fit, to hence you may not be able to practice all types of yogas.

Q) Is there any age limit ?
A) Age 12yrs and above.

Q) Is there any dress code ?
A) Any comfortable casual wear but full pants

Q) How do I reach the Mission premises ?
A) (via MRT) Alight at Bartley station (CC12) on the Circle line and take Exit B. For easier access to the Mission, you may use the Lift (instead of the escalator) to come to the street level.

OR

Bus No. 28 from Toa Payoh, 93 from World Trade Centre, 22 and 24 from Ang Mo Kio. For bus nos. 22 and 24, get down near Que Moy Road behind the mission and walk through the back gate to the Mission.

Q) Is it possible to talk to the teacher before I register for the course?
A) Yes, you can meet the teacher on any Sunday after 11:30am at Sarada Hall, Ramakrishna Mission.

Q) Is there any fee for the course ?
A) No, only a registration fee of S$20/-
